By downloading or using Glide ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Glide is a mobile application that allows you to use your smartphone as a wireless trackpad, mouse, keyboard accessory, and TV remote for your computers and smart TVs. The App requires Glide Desktop software installed on your computer to function over Wi-Fi.
Glide offers a 7-day free trial of Glide Pro upon first launch. After the trial period, continued access to Pro features requires an active subscription:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Imazyn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App and all content within it are owned by Imazyn and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Glide" and the Glide logo are trademarks of Imazyn.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Imazyn does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imazyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
